What is your return policy?
Once your song(s) are approved, if the campaign does not start within 14 business days you can receive a full refund.
If your song is not approved by our team you will receive an immediate refund.
How long does it take to see results or for the campaign to start?
After song(s) are approved, expect 4-7 business days for the campaign to start.
What genre of playlists do you have?
We have active playlists for every main genre (rap, rnb, dance/house, country, pop, etc.) , as well as niche genres (christian, drum n bass, dubstep etc.).

How do I know these are real listeners and not bots?
We hate bots, they're useless to spend on and are a net negative on the music industry.
Every playlist why use is vetted to make 100% sure there is a real person listening on the other end. Majority of the time we are the first person to ever even pay a curator for placement.
Are your campaign estimates guaranteed?
Streaming estimates are guaranteed. (majority of campaigns the higher of the estimate always gets hit).
We are confident in our ability to hit our mentioned estimates, however because we cannot control the quality of your song if our team believes your song can't hit our estimates we will refund you, or work with you on choosing a song that will work better.
How do you know the campaign will hit the stream estimate? "Doesn't that mean its bots, nobody can guarantee anything"
We have many songs already placed in the playlists, and we can clearly see how the playlists are performing from the data in Spotify for artists.
